This policy explains which personal data AD H2OC INDUSTRIAL collects on the website www.adh2oc-industrial.com, for what purpose, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

2. Data collected, purposes and retention periods

Contact form
Data: title, last name, first name, e-mail, phone number, company, message, call-back request.
Purpose: to answer your requests and manage the business relationship with our professional customers and prospects.
Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention: 3 years from the last contact.

Newsletter
Data: e-mail address.
Purpose: sending our news and technical advice.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every e-mail.
Retention: until you unsubscribe.

Professional area (My account, Favorites)
Data: username, e-mail, encrypted password, products saved as favorites.
Purpose: managing your account and giving access to content reserved for professionals.
Legal basis: performance of the relationship with our customers and legitimate interest.
Retention: for as long as the account is used, then 3 years after the last login.

Website security and operation
Data: IP address, technical connection data.
Purpose: protecting the website and its forms against abuse and spam.
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Retention: 12 months maximum.

3. Recipients

Your data is intended only for authorised staff of AD H2OC INDUSTRIAL. It may be processed by our technical service providers, strictly within the scope of their services: OVH SAS (website hosting, France), Brevo (newsletter delivery, France) and Google (reCAPTCHA anti-spam service). We never sell or rent your data.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

The Google reCAPTCHA service may involve a transfer of data to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies and trackers

The website uses cookies that are necessary for its operation (language preference, professional area session) and the Google reCAPTCHA service to protect its forms. It uses neither advertising cookies nor audience measurement tools. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; some features (login, form submission) may then no longer work.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time and to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
